Several of these old comments are
unfortunately posted under the wrong business. They have nothing to do with
tuxedos. I believe these comments, positive and negative
were intended for the Cleaners.
The Tux Shop is owned and operated totally separate
from the dry cleaning business next door.
Totally agree with below (Taddum87), Getting worse & worse.... quality as well as attitude of employee. They really do not care about customers! The worst experience ever. Waste of money and NEVER coming back.
Terrible all around. First of all I was a customer for 7 years. This past year they just have gotten worse and worse both with frying the buttons on my shirts, me having to return multiple items that were not cleaned properly and hiring ghetto employees. Good bye, I'll take my business elsewhere.
The best local cleaners!. Ignore the posts from city idiots, (citiots)! I have been going here as a customer for years and they always do the best job with a truly friendly staff! Being a business person who uses dry cleaning weekly, they have NEVER lost a single item in all the years I have been using them! They are far from the bus station and that station has it's own parking lot across the street. If somebody was to lazy to walk across a street and ignored a sign so they got towed, that is their own fault! Classic city ignorace!
Incompetence. They are awful from the quality of work to the delivery of product. Hopefully they wont be in business much longer. They lose items as well.
Awesome staff & reliable services. Esposito's has terrific service and knowledgeable staff. They are 110% reliable and do a great job. Prices are also very reasonable.
Nasty people running Espositos.
I haven't used their drive cleaning service, but I'm a frequent Adirondacks bus traveler from Kingston to NYC, and the Espositos parking lot abuts theirs. One day the Adirondacks bus parking lot at the front, near the bus station, was full, and as instructed by the bus personnel, I parked behind the bus station. Apparently, I crossed some yellow line that I did not see, and touched on the Espositos car park. When I returned from New York city two days later, these nasty people had had my car towed. It was just a very mean thing to do and it cost me $135 to get my car backl. . DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE VERY NASTY!
