Very poor customer service.. I have shopped at Family Dollar ever since it opened. There is an employee there now who is rude, and quite ill mannered. After being treated horrendously by him for one to many times, I will no longer shop there, and I would urge everyone else not to also. It's a shame when a company only thinks of their profit and some of their employees think that customers are an imposition to them. Complaining to the manager(s) has done no good, and even a district manager did not really care about this particular employees attitude. Everyone had the same lame excuse, "Well, I just took over a week ago." I'm through with Family Dollar and I'll never give them another dime of my money. Companies that want my business have to treat me with respect, not be condesending and discourteous to me.
