Got a judgement for about $6,000 against her. She has practically no assets so didn't get much satisfaction from her, BUT, she's still in business, so I've had the Sheriff visit her store 4 times to seize whatever cash is in the till. We get about $150 each time.

a) I get pleasure from this

b) The Sheriff has seized about $600

c) Must be humiliating as Hell for her in front of customers and employees.

I intend to continue doing this.

DO NOT BUY OR SELL FROM THERESA. THERESA IS A LIAR. SHE WILL STRING YOU ALONG FOR MONTHS ABOUT PAYMENTS. LUCKILY, MY MANUFACTURER DID NOT SHIP HER BEFORE CHARGING HER CC - WHICH WE NEVER RECEIVED AFTER TWO MONTHS OF FAXING AND CALLING - AND WE WERE ABLE TO SELL OF THE STOCK FROM HER $1500 SHIPMENT. DO NOT SELL OR BUY FROM THERESA & CO.. THERESA & CO. does not pay her vendors. If you shop there you are buying stolen merchandise. Do not do business with this woman. Please. If you have had problems with her, please report to the the District Attorney for her area as they are building a case. Thank you.

Theresa is a liar and a cheat. I used to work for a wholesale company that made the mistake of shipping goods to Theresa & Co., and she gave us a fraudulent credit card number. We contacted her on numerous occasions and she promised to pay, writing several bad checks to us that bounced. We contacted a finance company that also does collections, and found out she has multiple claims against her for fraud, theft, etc. DO NOT SELL TO THIS WOMAN, nor should you ever buy anything from her store!

Avoid Theresa & Co. she's a liar. Theresa has many past due invoices with our company from over a year ago, every time we call she says she will pay or call back. She gives fake credit card numbers. Do not do business with her.
