Wing Shui Restaurant Has Health Issues. I'm appalled at the unclean nature of this eatery. The people working there are mean-spirited too. I work uptown and thought this might be an ok place to get takeout; never was I more wrong. When I was waiting for my order, I saw bugs on the counter. I think this place needs to be checked. I hope people think twice about getting food here.

The only Chinese restaurant/take-out in uptown Kingston.... Because there is a shortage of Chinese restaurants in uptown Kingston, this one stays in business. Food is not great, and if you order anything with meat in it, be prepared for 75% vegetables, 25% meat. This seems to be a new trend for them.

Place is dirty. If you doubt that, look at the telephone receiver while someone takes an outgoing order. Not great.
