The last three times we went to Mariner's Harbor it was for a birthday of someone in the family. (We have been going for several years, I am only talking about the last three times). We were made to feel very uncomfortable as it seemed a huge inconvenience for them to give us a free dinner, they no longer give a birthday mug, they didn't bother to attach the photo to the usual card, and they forgot about us many times throughout the evening. The food is expensive considering it was overcooked, and many times served by a rude waitress. This makes me sad as we will now be celebrating our birthdays and anniversary somewhere else for the first time in ten years. We gave it three chances and within two months the disappointments just kept getting worse.
