Loyalty means nothing to the horrible management.
So I am on another adventure toward Kaaterskill falls, I Know I am definately stopping to eat at Brio's Pizzeria, I have been a loyal customer for years and constantly rave to friends and family how good it is....UNTIL today!!! I get a new waitress who innocently messed up my order I brought it to their attention immediately and they admitted the mistake...I go to pay and do you think they would take it off the bill....NO!!!! I was taken aback...We went back and forth a few times and I went to speak to the manager....I told her shes going to lose a loyal customer over a lousy 7.oo pizza....your not going to believe what was said to me....OH WELL!!! can you believe it OH WELL....now my mouth is agape in disbelief. Everytime I go there I spend a decent amount and always tip well(and I did tip well today too...as it was not the new waitressess fault) That is the last penny they will see from me or anyone I know again. I am sad because the food is wonderful and I always enjoyed going there, Also they have a real bad fly infestation problem inside the dinning area(I sit outside to avoid it)...so much for being loyal today!

Fond Memories.
I no longer live in NY but, when I get back about once a year I like to drive up from Kingston to Brio's in Phoenicia. I remember going there about 20 years ago. First we would Tube the Esopus River and finish the afternoon at Brio's. Excellent Margharita Pizza. I took my husband from Illinois there this last summer. Now he knows what I'm talking about when I say NY Pizza. He only knew Chicago. Also, the owner/Chef is very accomadating during lunch. He makes an assortment of Pizza. While he's making it you can go up to him and get nosey. "What's ya makin'". Not a problem. Fond memory!
