I just went to Montano's. I found them to have the best customer service I've found anywhere. I tried on at least a dozen shoes. The young man who helped me was so patient, and he went the extra mile to be sure I found what I wanted and was tireless in his efforts to fill my needs. I have found my shoe mecca.

They do not back the products they sell even when they are defective. I had a boot that started to break down 3 weeks after purchase. They would not cover it until I called the maker of the boot. Even then they had a HORRIBLE attitude!! I will never buy another shoe from them.

excellent. Excellent on line service. Bought boots a few years back and they were great. Appreciated the customer service. I encourage small town shopping and I enjoyed the variety available.

not recommended. They need to improve customer service. They need to back up their merchandise better. I would stick with a national chain store.
