I just moved to the area & was relying on internet reviews to find a salon- this was a mistake! You have to find someone with a good haircut and go with a personal recommendation. I think some of these reviews are planted.
The salon was cute, but the receptionist didn't really care about my haircut or experience. I went to Lenore and while she was super nice, the haircut was a disaster. I left knowing I'd have to pay another person to fix it. It's not a good feeling to get a bad haircut. I even brought in pictures to show exactly what I wanted and what I ended up with was not even close; the layers make no logical sense- cut out deeply in the front and mullet-y in the back. Neither the stylist or the receptionist asked if I was happy with the cut.
